Sunday Afternoon Southbears

40 Meter Net Control Station "Schedule"

We need volunteers to be the NCS in 2008.

We need volunteers to be the NCS. We will try and schedule an alternate to cover anyone who has the "duty" and is unable to make it.  Please consider serving in each capacity. It's not that difficult of a task and greatly enhances your ability to perform effectively in a disaster.

When the e-mail reminder comes out on the reflector about the net each week it will list the individual who will be calling the net that particular day and date.

Other stations that are monitoring the net please be prepared to serve as an Alternate Net Control during the net when asked by Net Control to do so. Due to varying propagation on the 40 Meter Band none of us are in a location to copy all of the stations that will be checking in over the area we cover.

PLEASE be willing to provide relays and serve as Alt NCS if ask to do so

Please let the webmaster or Jim Hadder, KE4ZX know if you are willing to be NCS or Alt NCS and what dates you are willing to serve.
